Senior fullstack engineer with 10+ years building and maintaining government platforms in Cabo Verde with Liferay, Java, Spring Boot and React. Since 2025 I lead the Internal Systems Audit (AIS) team at the Ministry of Finance, combining hands-on engineering with IT governance (ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL), systems auditing and information security. I'm open to impactful remote opportunities while continuing to contribute to Cabo Verde's technological development.
